We lost our electricity today! We spoke about how we haven’t always had electricity and what people did in the past before it was invented. It turns out that TV and computer games weren’t on the agenda and instead people shared stories and time together…. This is great for our mental health!

We decided to use our candle (battery powered mind you) to share a story and spend some mindful time together.
