Reception PE – ‘Seated balance’

In PE today we’ve being using our core muscles to practice seated balances. We started by sitting down and practicing balancing using both our hands and both feet. Slowly we made this more tricky by removing one hand or foot, then one hand and one foot, then both feet and one hand, then both hands and one foot, until all our limbs were off the floor! The children showed good balance and core strength and the majority of the children completed all the tasks.
